In the game (right away)

1. Open PROFILE (your picture at the top left of the main menu).
2. Tap MY ACCOUNT (or SAVE MY PROGRESS if you never added an email).
3. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then DELETE.

By email

If you can't open the game, write to abdoahdy1@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Tuk Tuk Wars account. Send it from the email address you saved in the game, or tell us your player name and your friend code (PROFILE > FRIENDS). We delete the account within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account on our game server and the email address and password saved with it;
• the copy of your progress on our server (coins, diamonds, tuk-tuks, upgrades, stars, settings);
• your player name, picture choice and flag, your points and places on the rankings, your weekly prizes;
• your friends, friend requests, invites and your friend code.

What is kept

Problem reports you chose to send us are kept for up to 12 months to fix the game, unless you ask us to delete them too. Short technical server logs are overwritten automatically. The game's progress on your own phone stays until you delete the game from the phone.
