This page explains what information the game Tuk Tuk Wars (حرب التكاتك) uses on Android and iPhone. The game is made by Noob Factory, an independent game developer.
What stays on your phone
Your coins, diamonds, tuk-tuks, upgrades, journey stars, best times, settings, your player name and your profile picture are saved only on your phone. We can't see them. Deleting the game deletes them.
Your picture and share cards
In PROFILE you can pick one of the game's tuk-tuk pictures or a photo of your own. A photo is chosen with your phone's own picture picker, so the game only receives the one picture you pick, and it is kept on your phone. SHARE makes a picture of your result on your phone and opens your phone's share menu: nothing leaves your phone unless you choose an app and share it.
Rankings and friends (Google Play Games)
On Android the rankings use Google Play Games Services. When you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game sends Google your scores: the endless road's longest run, the time challenge's farthest run, the journey's stars, your level's XP, your Arena War wins and each Sprint Race level's best time. The rankings show them with your Play Games name and picture. With your permission, FRIENDS lets the game show your Play Games friends on the rankings and find players to add as friends. This information goes to Google, not to us, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can see, hide or delete your Play Games data in your Play Games profile or your Google Account. If you don't sign in, the game works the same, without the rankings.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: ads you choose to watch for a reward (coins, diamonds or a test drive of a tuk-tuk) and some full-screen ads between races. The VIP pass, earned with diamonds in the game, turns off the ads between races.
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's ad software in the game may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), information about your device and the app, and how you interact with the ads. This information goes to Google, not to us. Google explains how it uses it here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before any ads load, and the PRIVACY button on the main menu lets you change your choice at any time. Everywhere, you can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone's settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads; iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). On iPhone the game asks Apple's permission before using your device's advertising ID; saying no changes nothing in the game.
Billboards in the races
When the game starts, it checks our server for new pictures for the billboards along the roads and downloads them. The game sends nothing about you. Like any download on the internet, our server sees your IP address in order to deliver the files; we use it for nothing else.
Playing with friends
Friends' games run on the same Wi-Fi or on one phone's hotspot. The phones talk to each other directly: the player names and pictures (a small copy of your photo, if you chose one), the tuk-tuks and their places in the race. Nothing goes over the internet or to us. On iPhone the game asks for access to the local network to find your friends' game.
Problem reports
If something goes wrong, REPORT A PROBLEM (in SETTINGS and in the pause menu) lets you tell us. Only when you tap SEND, the game sends us: the words you wrote, a picture of the game's screen (you can switch it off), your phone's model and system version, the game's version, language, settings and the screen you were on, the player name and country you set in the game, and the game's last technical messages (its log). It does not include your photos, contacts, advertising ID or anything outside the game. The report goes to our own server and to the developer's Telegram chat, and is used only to find and fix the problem; we keep it for up to 12 months and never sell or share it. Our server sees your IP address to receive the report. To have a report deleted, write to the contact address below.
Children
The game is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
What we don't do
- No accounts of ours and no chat with strangers (Google Play Games, if you use it, is your own Google account).
- We don't sell or share any information about you; the only thing we ever receive is a problem report you choose to send.
- No access to your contacts, files, camera, microphone or precise location. Of your photos, the game only sees the one you pick for your profile.
Changes
If the game ever starts to use information in a new way, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.

ما يبقى على موبايلك

صورتك وصور المشاركة
في البروفايل تستطيع أن تختار صورة توكتوك من صور اللعبة أو صورة من صورك. الصورة تختارها بأداة اختيار الصور في موبايلك نفسه، فلا تصل إلى اللعبة إلا الصورة التي تختارها، وتبقى على موبايلك. زر «شارك» يصنع صورة لنتيجتك على موبايلك ويفتح قائمة المشاركة في موبايلك: لا يخرج شيء من موبايلك إلا إذا اخترت تطبيقًا وشاركت بنفسك.
الترتيب والأصحاب (Google Play Games)
على أندرويد يعمل الترتيب بخدمات Google Play Games. عندما تكون داخلًا بحسابك في Google Play Games، ترسل اللعبة إلى جوجل نتائجك: أطول جولة في «طريق مالوش آخر»، وأبعد مسافة في «تحدي الوقت»، ونجوم «المشوار»، ونقاط الخبرة لمستواك، ومرات فوزك في «حرب الأرينا»، وأفضل زمن في كل مستوى من «سباق سرعة». ويعرضها الترتيب باسمك وصورتك في Play Games. وبإذنك، يتيح زر «أصحابك» للعبة أن تعرض أصحابك في Play Games على الترتيب وأن تبحث عن لاعبين لتضيفهم أصحابًا. هذه المعلومات تذهب إلى جوجل وليس إلينا، وتنطبق عليها سياسة خصوصية Google. تستطيع أن ترى بيانات Play Games أو تخفيها أو تحذفها من ملفك في Play Games أو من حسابك في جوجل. إذا لم تدخل بحسابك، تعمل اللعبة كما هي، فقط بدون الترتيب.
الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
اللعبة مجانية وتعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob: إعلانات تختار أن تشاهدها مقابل مكافأة (فلوس أو جواهر أو تجربة توكتوك)، وبعض الإعلانات التي تملأ الشاشة بين السباقات. اشتراك VIP، الذي تحصل عليه بالجواهر داخل اللعبة، يوقف الإعلانات بين السباقات.
لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، قد يجمع برنامج إعلانات جوجل داخل اللعبة معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك، وعنوان IP (الذي يدل على موقع تقريبي)، ومعلومات عن جهازك وعن اللعبة، وطريقة تفاعلك مع الإعلانات. هذه المعلومات تذهب إلى جوجل وليس إلينا. توضح جوجل كيف تستخدمها هنا: كيف تستخدم Google المعلومات من المواقع والتطبيقات التي تستخدم خدماتها وسياسة خصوصية Google.
اختياراتك: في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا تطلب اللعبة موافقتك بنموذج الموافقة من جوجل قبل تحميل أي إعلان، وزر PRIVACY في القائمة الرئيسية يتيح لك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت. وفي كل مكان تستطيع إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو إيقاف الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات موبايلك (أندرويد: الإعدادات > الخصوصية > الإعلانات، أو الإعدادات > Google > الإعلانات؛ آيفون: الإعدادات > الخصوصية والأمن > التتبع). على آيفون تطلب اللعبة إذن آبل قبل استخدام معرّف الإعلانات، ورفضك لا يغيّر شيئًا في اللعبة.
اللوحات الإعلانية في السباقات
عند تشغيل اللعبة، تسأل سيرفرنا عن صور جديدة للوحات على جانب الطريق وتحمّلها. اللعبة لا ترسل أي شيء عنك. ومثل أي تحميل على الإنترنت، يرى السيرفر عنوان IP الخاص بك ليوصّل لك الملفات، ولا نستخدمه في أي شيء آخر.
اللعب مع صحابك
اللعب مع الأصدقاء يتم على نفس شبكة الواي فاي أو على هوت سبوت موبايل واحد منكم. الموبايلات تتكلم مع بعضها مباشرة: أسماء اللاعبين وصورهم (نسخة صغيرة من صورتك إذا اخترت صورة)، والتكاتك وأماكنهم في السباق. لا شيء يمر عبر الإنترنت أو يصل إلينا. على آيفون تطلب اللعبة إذن الوصول إلى الشبكة المحلية لتجد لعبة أصحابك.
الإبلاغ عن مشكلة
إذا حدثت مشكلة، يتيح لك زر بلّغ عن مشكلة (في الإعدادات وفي قائمة الإيقاف المؤقت) أن تخبرنا بها. فقط عندما تضغط «ابعت» ترسل اللعبة إلينا: ما كتبته، وصورة لشاشة اللعبة (يمكنك إلغاؤها)، وطراز هاتفك وإصدار نظامه، وإصدار اللعبة ولغتها وإعداداتها والشاشة التي كنت فيها، والاسم والبلد اللذين اخترتهما في اللعبة، وآخر الرسائل الفنية للعبة (السجل). لا يتضمن البلاغ صورك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا معرّف الإعلانات ولا أي شيء خارج اللعبة. يصل البلاغ إلى خادمنا وإلى محادثة المطوّر على تيليجرام، ولا يُستخدم إلا للعثور على المشكلة وإصلاحها؛ نحتفظ به حتى ١٢ شهرًا ولا نبيعه ولا نشاركه أبدًا. يرى خادمنا عنوان IP الخاص بك لاستقبال البلاغ. لحذف بلاغ، راسلنا على عنوان التواصل أدناه.
الأطفال
اللعبة ليست موجّهة للأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
ما لا نفعله
- لا حسابات خاصة بنا ولا دردشة مع غرباء (حساب Google Play Games، إذا استخدمته، هو حسابك أنت في جوجل).
- لا نبيع ولا نشارك أي معلومات عنك؛ الشيء الوحيد الذي يصلنا هو بلاغ تختار أنت إرساله.
- لا وصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الملفات أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو موقعك الدقيق. ومن صورك لا ترى اللعبة إلا الصورة التي تختارها للبروفايل.
التغييرات
إذا بدأت اللعبة يومًا في استخدام المعلومات بطريقة جديدة، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة أولًا ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها.
